It’s performances like this which make me disappointed when I hear people say the don’t like Eccelston or skip over that whole season just to get to Tennant. Tennant was fantastic and a brilliant Doctor, but there wouldn’t be a Tennant Doctor without Eccleston’s Doctor. The way Tennant’s Doctor was portrayed was the effect that Rose had on Nine. In the beginning, Nine was harsh and unforgiving having come back from the Time War, his time with Rose softened that harsh attitude and it’s really shown in this episode.

“Just this once, everybody lives!” Has to be my absolute favourite line in all the history of Doctor who because in that episode everyone did.

”It’s cliché, but honestly, the book/series that had the most profound effect on me was Harry Potter. I feel like I grew up with those characters (I was the same age as Harry, Ron, and Hermione as I read them). They were really who and what I needed during those times, who and what we ALL needed. Some of my happiest memories are going to those mid-night release parties. In many ways I think JK Rowling gave our generation a childhood.

1. What made you ship 3?

I called Ginny/Harry from book one, so by the time it actually happened I was so bored with it, haha. I think Luna illuminates (ha) a lot about Harry’s personality, and while I don’t think it would be perfect or even work out, I like the vague idea of it.

2. Is 2 canon?

not anymore :(

3. What is your favourite moment between 1?

that one time they were in the same room together… that was great.

4. If you could put 3 in any scenario, what would it be?

any scene with just the two of them. the scenes they share are already so fascinating, partially because she’s fascinating and partially because he’s fascinated with her.

5. Favourite line said between 1?

they do not have one. baha.

6. Did everything you want happen between 2? If not, what did you want to see?

no, the writers just let it fizzle and Franky’s character like ate some bad seafood and became something entirely different. I think she slowly made her way back, but I really missed her androgyny and her odd fashion and hobbies in the 6th series. I wanted her to be that girl, but more comfortable with it. I wanted Mini to get brave enough to show her feelings for Franks (which were REAL, damnit). I think they would’ve been so unique and precious.

7. If you had to pick a favourite, 1, 2 or 3?

Sou/Misao probably because it’s 100% in my mind, which is pretty good at romance.

8. Would a crossover work between the three?
…no… though two of them take place in England?
9. Recommend a blog dedicated to 2?

guys I’m not that good of a nerd.

10. Recommend a fic about 3?

I’ve only read one and it was a long time ago.

12. Favourite episode/chapter of 3?

in the books, the thestral scene. in the movie, really anytime they spent together. I think DanRad’s chemistry was AMAZING with Evanna Lynch, whereas unfortunately it was like non existent with Bonnie Wright.
